What do I do when I have a problem?

Authorizing a print job under VUprint will be a multi-step process. The first pop-up window is designed to show how many pages and how much the print job will cost. You can easily cancel and not print, or cancel to reduce the number of pages to be printed. Once you have said you want to print, and have typed in your VUNET ID (or other username) and password, you have purchased that print job.

You may benefit from using Print Preview in Web Browsers, particularly to see if a three page print job would have a third page with only a footer on the web page - a fairly common problem. You can easily select to print only the first two pages, rather than pay for the useless third page.

Libraries and Labs will not be able to provide refunds for print jobs you authorized but do not want.

In cases where printers might be low on toner and provide unacceptable print quality - or a paper jam, staff will help resubmit (and pay for) another print job, to give you a clean copy of the print job you purchased.

If you encounter problems with the system, please notify the staff of the library or lab in which you are working.
